Refund policy

Our mattresses come with a 5-year warranty( excluding NBPP series, which have 1-year warranty instead), and the other items(excluding clearance items, which have no warranty) come with a 1-year warranty.

Warranty Terms and conditions:

1. Damage caused by misuse or mishandling, inadequate support from a weak bed frame/base, and damage caused by insufficient turning/rotation of the mattress are not covered.
2. Rotating the mattress every 6 months is recommended to maintain even support. It’s normal for the mattress to gradually soften or indent( less than 20mm) over time as it conforms to your body shape. This natural adjustment is considered normal wear and tear.
3. This warranty does not give you the right to get a refund. The warranty only covers replacements, repairs and upgrades for successful warranty claims.
4. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
