Mattresses are covered by a 5-year warranty, except for the NBPP series, which is covered by a 1-year warranty. All other products are covered by a 1-year warranty, excluding clearance items, which are sold without warranty.

Assembly Service & Instruction
Assembly Required: All necessary hardware and assembly instructions are included in the package.
We also offer professional assembly services, including pre-assembly before collection or delivery, as well as on-site assembly. Service charges vary depending on the product and the service required. Please contact us for a personalised quote.

Store Pick-Up is FREE.
Simply place your order online and select Store Pick-Up at checkout. Most orders are available for same-day collection. If your order requires additional processing time, we'll contact you as soon as possible.
Orders can be collected from our showroom during store opening hours.

Delivery & Returns
We deliver throughout New Zealand. Delivery timeframes and charges vary depending on the product and delivery location. For customers in Christchurch, selected in-stock items may be eligible for same-day delivery.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Estimated delivery timeframes will be confirmed once your order has been received.
